The Rhumbline Consulting Team works with several clients to analyze selected parcels and to quantify buildable acreage for potential small-scale solar development. This includes parcel restriction assessments of wetland zones, protected habitats, setbacks and local and state ordinances. Deliverables include both a topographic map as well as an aerial with restricting attributes of the parcel overlayed. We have performed this analysis and created deliverables for approximately 80-90 sites.
